Every month we select 4 books; the selection is usually done a month ahead in order to allow our members enough time to acquire copies and at least get started on their reading. Everyone is welcome to recommend a book, however to do so, you have to attend the monthly meeting or join our discussion on Twitter (1100 - 1400 UAE time (GMT +4) ) as that’s the time we vote on the books to get selected as our monthly choices.
Although we select our 4 books through a voting process, it doesn't mean we limit our discussions to just those 4 books at any given meeting.

Do you have to read all of the monthly selections? Only if you want to. And you're not limited to reading just one of the selections. Some people read one, others read all, still others don't read anything off the list, but they still come to our monthly meetings to offer suggestions of their own.
Do you have to finish reading by the next meeting? Nope. We are not here to police your reading habits or force you to read. We’re here to help you find what to read and enjoy the reading experience. Even if you don’t like reading, sitting in on our monthly discussions can be very informative and helpful as we discuss a lot of books aside our monthly selections. Based on these discussions, you may be able to narrow down the field in what it is you really want to read. You don't necessarily have to read just what we select, but it helps with the discussions. ;-)
